Planning in Manufacturing
Planning the process of manufacturing involves a decision around the machines to be used and it’s important to use the right one. We have a wide range of machinery to enable us to produce complex intricate components or larger simpler ones as required.
Using the latest technology our precision engineering team will create CAD data or amend that provided by the client. This is fed into our software program which instructs which tools and attachments are needed to get the best results. Everything is checked by our precision engineers before machining takes place.
Our inspection team will then make sure that the first components are correct before continuing on with the production. Once completed everything is packed and delivered to the client.
Because our precision engineers are expertly trained and we can complete the whole project in-house, we are able to complete work with short deadlines.
