CNC Machinist
Thompson Precision is a long established precision engineering company specialising in very low volume machining of complex components in a wide variety of materials. We work closely with a wide range of clients to develop and meet their demanding requirements. The work is very varied and interesting encompassing small and large precision component machining, tool making, pattern making and model making.
We are looking for a dynamic and creative engineer to join our tight knit team. You will need to programme, set and run jobs on 3, 4 and 5 axis machines and own the process from start to finish.
We use Autodesk Featurecam and Powermill so knowledge of this software would be an advantage.
We run day shift only with overtime.
CNC Trainee Machinist
We are looking for dedicated engineers who are keen to develop their career in high precision complex CNC machining using 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC machining centres. The work is low volume and always interesting and varied.
